Singles Holidays Ischia, Italy

Isle of Ischia - An Italian Island Dream for Single Travellers

Proudly peaking out in the Tyrrhenian Sea, the mountainous Isle of Ischia off the coast of Italy is a charming getaway for solo travellers. The island is embellished with volcanic activity which has left incredible scenes of lava flows and rocks scattered across its 18 square miles. Within this area, too, are the most beautiful avenues of olive groves, pine woods and the finest Italian vegetation ready to be made into a rustic meal as fresh as the surrounding air.

In turn this mild climate provides the perfect ambiance for your singles holiday, making the twisting roads a dream to explore and the mountainsides rich flora a delight to experience. Enjoy over twenty miles of the coastline and its sandy beaches where you are guaranteed the peace and relaxation you desire.

Ischia is the setting for many Hollywood films and writers retreats, including also the final location of Tintin’s adventures! You have much to discover here in Ischia, set back away from the busyness of Italian cities yet remaining true to the way of life and natural beauty.

A famous nearby attraction is La Mortella Gardens where you can wander the beauty of flora in Italy and perhaps enjoy a concert of classical music at the weekend. Visitors to these exquisitely designed gardens include the Prince of Wales so you can understand its royal appeal being among the wisteria covered music hall. Sir William Walton, the famous English composer, has left a joy to behold and be swept in with a charming, melodic atmosphere.

An experience for singles are Ischia’s famed thermal springs and rejuvenating mud bath treatments. Enjoy them both on this rare island holiday for the solo traveller!
