"Hello Solitair,

I am writing having just returned from a wonderful week at Carla Taborelli's Lord Byron Hotel in Forio, on the little island of Ischia in Italy. It was my first visit to Italy, my first holiday in four years and my first holiday on my own, which i chose to take with Solitair Holidays.

I would like to thank you for making my first holiday on my own so enjoyable. I was a little nervous about the travelling and being on holiday alone, but the transfers were well organised and i arrived both at the Hotel in Ischia, and back at Manchester on my return, with no problems whatsoever and the people i met on holiday were lovely.

Ischia is a lovely island and i'm already planning on returning next year, and returning to Carla's hotel. During my holiday, myself and the other five ladies in our group supported Italy in their World Cup match against Germany and we supported Italy, as they had supported us earlier in the week when we played and lost miserably to Portugal!

We bought blue 'Italia' t-shirts and cheered the Italians on and took photos of the night.  It was a fantastic night and we were all euphoric that Italy won - and don't they know how to celebrate !! Let's hope they win in the final tonight. Thank you again for a lovely holiday and i'll be in touch soon to book my next Solitair Holiday."
