Health & Rejuvenation in Goa

An Ayurvedic consultation mainly involves diagnosing your constitution according to the principles of Ayurveda, which is a highly logical science and philosophy.

Ayurvedic treatments involve completely herbal preparations - diet - lifestyle - yoga - meditation and pancha karma, complete detoxification according to the individual. Ayurvedic treatments are beneficial for those who may wish to assess their health status and want to relieve their stress and strain of an everyday busy lifestyle.

Health and Rejuvenation Package (3 days)
Includes doctor's diagnosis and daily consultation, 3 head massages, 2 complete body massages, 1 intensive body massage, 1 special head treatment (Sirodhara), 3 herbal steam baths.

Rate - 102 UKP for full package.

Health and Rejuvenation Package (6 days)
Includes doctor's diagnosis and daily consultation, 4 head massages, 2 special head treatments(Sirodhara), 3 herbal massages, 3 intensive massages, 6 herbal steam baths.

Rate - 160 UKP for full package.

Intensive treatment package (12 days)
Treatment is given depending on the nature of the ailment, such as Arthritis, Spondylitis, Migraine and Stress. The treatment is given 5 - 7 times per day and includes body massages along with herbal steam baths and bowel cleansing. Treatment also includes one of the following : - Pizhichal or Njavarakizhi or Sirodhara.

Rate - 410 UKP for full package.

Treatments - Individual Sessions

Synchromised Massage With Steam Bath
Is a medicated oil massage, which provides relaxation to the body and mind and is highly refreshing. Steam bath promotes circulation, elimination of physical impurities and provides relaxation. It relieves stress and strain.

Duration 45 minutes per day. Minimum recommended 3 sessions.
Option 1 - 55 UKP for 3 sessions
Option 2 - 80 UKP for 7 sessions

Sirodhara
Here, luke warm medicated oil is poured as an even stream onto the forehead continuously to pacify. A pleasurable treatment to relieve the tension, stress and strain of today's hectic lifestyle. It helps to cure migraine and Insomnia.

Duration 45 minutes per day. Minimum recommended 3 sessions.
Option 1 - 90 UKP for 3 sessions.
Option 2 - 140 UKP for 7 sessions.

Pizhichal
This therapy delays ageing and wrinkles. It also helps to cure paralysis, muscular and neurological problems. In Pizhichal the whole body is subjected to streams of lukewarm medicated oil with simultaneous soft massage. It relieves tension, provides peace of mind and checks stress and strain.

Duration 45 minutes per day. Minimum recommended 3 sessions.
Option 1 - 100 UKP for 3 sessions
Option 2 - 150 UKP for 7 sessions

Njavarakizhi
A very effective treatment for Rheumatism and Arthritis, Njavarakizhi also strengthens nerves. This therapy uses rhythmic applications of hot medicated rice pouches.

Duration 45 minutes per day. Minimum recommended 3 sessions.
Option 1 - 100 UKP for 3 sessions
Option 2 - 150 UKP for 7 sessions

Nasyam
Special purification of skull sinus. Head and face are massaged with oil, fermented with steam. Then herbal medicine is administered through nostrils. Relieves sinusitis and migraine.

Duration 45 minutes per day. Minimum recommended 3 sessions.
Option 1 - 45 UKP for 3 sessions
Option 2 - 65 UKP for 7 sessions

Floral Bath
Relax in aromatic herbally treated water with flower petals. Relieve stress, improve the back muscles, soften and rejuvenate your skin.

Duration 45 minutes per day. Minimum recommended 3 sessions.
